This training is a must for any staff that deals with angry people on a daily basis. Used by diverse groups from family preservation teams to municipal court clerks, this training teaches effective strategies to:
• Be safer and have more fun at work
• Deal with the contagious effects of anger in your life

Teaching Parents Realistic Expectations
Over 4,000 parent educators have used this training to learn strategies to prevent child abuse and strengthen families by teaching parents basic child development expectations. This training is essential for anyone preserving or educating families.
